2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the8edge.com.

They govern the website only. They do not govern consulting, implementation, integration, Complexity Review, or other professional services provided by The8edge.

Any such engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and The8edge. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the written agreement takes precedence.

The cost calculator available on the Complexity Review page provides an illustrative estimate based on information and assumptions entered by the visitor.

The calculator:

• is intended for general planning and discussion purposes;
• does not constitute a quotation or offer;
• does not constitute a professional assessment of your organisation;
• may not reflect the actual scope, complexity or cost of an engagement; and
• should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a business or financial decision.

Any estimate, proposal or pricing for an actual engagement will be determined separately and confirmed in writing by The8edge.

7. Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care in maintaining the website and its content. However, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
